NB: Please note that, once your order has been shipped, any attempt to cancel the order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us, will be considered a FRAUD, and you will have to respond to our company’s legal representatives.

You can track your package using your order number and email address by going to the *Orders Tracking* section on our website. What are the shipping times for your products? We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours, sometimes this can take up to 72 hours. Your order will then be given to the carrier, and you will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. (Depending on the period, promotions, and the transport service)
This depends on several factors (promotion, periods, etc.). If delivery is free, we will display it on our website.
Currently we deliver worldwide. But we do advise that you check the list of countries available for delivery when placing your order, because this might change depending on the product you are ordering.
Our premises are located in Sweden and our international warehouse is located in China. However, due to our recent development, we are planning to launch our next collections from a warehouse in France, which will allow us to deliver to France in less than 7 days.
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

Our items are carefully made by professionals, we focus on the quality of materials to create quality items.
